Ho Chi Minh city (also locally called Saigon) is located in the rivermouth and sea, surrounded by many canals. In the morning, Our guide will pick you up at the hotel, then drive to Tao Dan Park where local people doing morning exercises. You can see many groups, from children, young ladies, seniors man, some are doing aerobic, some are doing dancing sport, some are doing running or playing with a hoop, or with paper fan… You can join them for a moment and talk with them… then go to have breakfast in the local popular places : a local bakery with famous baguette , a noodle shop, a broken rice restaurant and enjoy a cup of Café sữa đá (milk and ice coffee). Then drive to the pier to get on the speedboat for a cruise from the Saigon River to Soai Rap River where the river meet the sea and visit HiepPhuoc International Port. Continue cruise to explore the main canals of the city: Kinh Te canal, Tau Hu canal, and explore the life along the canal side. Disembark the boat, visit a family in a house where they will instruct the function of each area in their house.
Have Lunch in a restaurant that its unique way of doing business reflects the broad-minded, trustful and easy going character ofSaigonese. In the resturant there isno menu, no price, only the food cooked and when client come, just point to the choose their food and sit down to be served, when meal finished, the money collector comes, calculate very fast and anounce the amount to client , then client pay without any question. It’s really hard to get a seat at this restaurant at the lunch tiem. It always fulled of guests.
After lunch, visit the Nguyen Trai, clothing shops and you may find here some very nice items for you or for your beloved. Continue Visit The “Dan sinh” market. This is the wholesaler market of home ware, from electronic kitchen utensil, to glassware, or lightings or the mechanic item for man such as electronic driller, hammer …
Then visit a whole saler market of Flower where provide flowers to all the city. Continue your tour by a visits to the Traditional Herbal market and find how local people heal themselves by herbal medicine. Back to city to have the dinner with the typical dish of Saigon people" 7 - course Beef in a local famous restaurant. End your day by a food massage with herbal in a popular spa and drive back to hotel .
