DAY 1 - HANOI ARRIVAL (D)

Upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel. Check-in hotel ( officially check-in time is at 14:00) . Take a rest after a long flight. Vietnam’s artistic and intellectual capital is a city of wide tree-lined street with peaceful lakes and colonial villas and a more sedate pace than other Asian cities. Hanoi offers something for everyone and and make your stay memorable . As you leave it, you may want to return one more time for more exploring.
Depending on your arrival time, visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum ( Closed on Monday) The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is a valuable centre for the exhibition and the preservation of cultural heritages of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam with 15,000 artefacts including clothing, jewellery, of agricultural tools, fishing instruments, weapons, household utensils and musical instruments. As an alternative to the Ethnology Museum, visit the highly acclaimed Vietnam Women’s Museum (closed on Mondays). The museum is located near Hoan Kiem Lake and offers wonderful insight into the lives of Vietnamese women. Displays highlight Vietnam’s vast cultural diversity and educate on the significant role Vietnamese women play in Vietnamese society. Learn historic and modern-day traditions centered around births, weddings, motherhood, spirituality and more. Then visit the Temple of Literature which is considered as Vietnam's first national university, built in 1070. Overnight in Hanoi.


DAY 2 - HANOI - DUONG LAM - TAY PHUONG - HANOI (B,L,D)

This early morning, you will have a short time of 30 minute Tai Chi session includes deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements in the Hanoi Botanic Garden. It helps to reduce stress, improve balance and refresh your body to be ready for an enjoyable trip.
Then back to your hotel for breakfast . After, start your excursion to Duong Lam village, a place of ancient Vietnamese culture. Duong Lam is one of the country’s few remaining ancient villages where several hundred-year-old houses preserved . Wander the village narrow alley, visit houses over 400 years old, local temples,meet friendly local people and explore the very traditional life style. Come to Mong Phu hamlet whose original village entrance remains intact, visit Mong Phu temple then have lunch in a local house of 100 years old
After lunch, visit Mia Pagoda constructed in the 15th century with 287 statues of all sizes, then visit Ngo Quyen temple and Phung Hung temple, places dedicated to two national heroes. Last visit in your excursion is Tay Phuong Pagoda with its beautiful architecture and ancient, unique sculptures. It was one of the first pagodas built in Vietnam and has magnificent dragons and demons carved into the wooden roof. Drive back to your hotel for dinner dress up.

DAY 3 - HANOI - CRAFT VILLAGES (B,L)

Ha Noi and its surrounding areas have the highest number of handicraft villages nationwide. If you do decide to skip the crowds, then going to a couple of craft villages id definitely enjoyable. This morning tour is designed for a unique look into the traditions and cultures of rural Vietnamese communities.
For centuries, the villages around Hanoi have specialized in single-commodity production, each family sharing their knowledge only within their relative. This specially-designed tour takes you to some of the best of these villages to see crafts such as conical hats, bird cage making and a lovely traditional wood village.
Return to Hanoi for lunch and in the afternoon reveal the mystic Oriental medicine with a traditional doctor. Based in Hanoi, Dr. Huong is an expert in the traditional eastern methods of acupuncture, acupressure and Cagut Implantation in Hanoi. She has been a practitioner of “Traditional Eastern Methods” for over 20 years worldwide including France, China, Italy, North Korea and Vietnam. After, visit ‘traditional medicine street’ where you can see and feel the herbs & spices aroma spreading in the air

The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.


DAY 4 - ARTISTIC HANOI CITY TOUR (B,L)

Hanoi today is becoming one of the most fashionable art centers in Asia.
This special tour is designed for you insight to Hanoi’s art world. Visit the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum and you may find some interesting point in Propaganda Art that can be seen everywhere during your travel to Vietnam . A visit to Apricot Gallery which represents over 40 local artists of great renown will offer you with the colorfull contemporary art . Your final stop will be Art Vietnam, run by a renowned American dealer. Along the way have a cup of Vietnam’s famous brew in one of the city’s original gallery coffee shops.
